Our management structure ensures seamless delivery across every contract. We employ a Contracts Manager, three Site Managers and a team of over 50 experienced sub-contract bricklayers, many of whom have been with PJS for years. For larger projects, we also provide a dedicated site supervisor or working foreman to maintain our exacting standards on-site. 

We’re also passionate about training and developing the next generation of tradespeople, with a strong apprenticeship and skills initiative that supports long-term careers in bricklaying.
